The Solace project focuses on a holistic approach to homelessness, integrating health and social services that respond to the complex needs of the most vulnerable group of people.
This approach will be achieved by collaborating with dedicated and social specialist teams engaged in outreach fieldwork and medical clinics. The project will also involve digital health services and trauma-informed care.
The resultant support services will combine the human-centered values of the Housing First approach with healthcare, social care, employability support, and social support services.
